When reporting a problem, include your phone model, Android version and the app version you tried. That gets you a useful answer instead of three follow-up questions.

We read everything. Download-link reports get priority and are usually fixed the same day.

We answer every message ourselves, usually within a day. Most install questions are already covered in the install guide, so check there first if you are stuck on the allow-install prompt. For anything else, include your phone model and Android version; that lets us reproduce the problem instead of guessing.

We cannot help with devices we have never tested, but we will say so plainly rather than waste your time.
